The rehearsal dinner is at 7pm at a restaurant in Erie named Syds.  Syds is
a local restaurant owned by Shelly and Steve Evans.  It has been in Erie
for many years.  In fact, Kimber actually briefly worked at the restaurant
a few years ago.  To this day, it is still owned by the Evans family.

The meal will be served buffet style and the menu is as follows:

Soup du Jour

Choice of three (3) of the following entrees:
Baked Haddock
Fried Chicken
Roast Chicken
Roast Beef
Baked Ham
Stuffed Shells
Meatballs & Sausage in Italian Sauce

Choice of two (2) of the following items:
Mashed Potatoes with Gravy
Baked Potatoes with Butter & Sour cream
Rice Pilaf
Rigatoni
Scalloped Potatoes

Dinner also includes:
