Food
Kimber is off to Erie this weekend (March 17-19) to pick out the food for the
reception dinner.  This is one thing I learned about Northerners.  They have full
course meals at their weddings.  Here in the South, the general practice is to have
at most, heavy hors d'ourves and lots of finger foods.  One thing that Kimber's father
and I have insisted on is Chocolate covered strawberries (White and Milk Chocolate)!
I had these at a wedding once.  Basically, I ate the first one and stopped on the last one.
Boy, my belly sure did ache but my tongue was ALIVE!  ALIVE!  ALIVE!
As soon as Special K gets back from Erie, I'll post all the goodies that we'll be serving
(for those of you with inquiring minds and eager stomachs......DAD).
 
 

Entertainment

Kimber likes to Dance.  She's got more moves than Barry Sanders.  No really.  She does!
Thus, being that dancing is one of her favorite things, Kimber wanted to have a DJ for
the wedding.  Kimber's brother, a Hi Fi Stereo and TV/Home Theater specialist recommended
John Gallagher.  Seeing as how Adam Sandler was unavailable........not buying that, huh?

I went to it and looked around and he looks to be awesome!  I'm sure he is going
